Order Fulfillment Timeframe: 

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days for in-stock items.  Preorders and made-to-order products will have specified shipping fulfillment times on their product page.  Please note that the 3-5 days are designated for shipping fulfillment and not order delivery.  If you order in-stock items along with a pre-order or made-to-order item, your in-stock items will be held until the entire order can be fulfilled.  We will strive to get items to you sooner than the indicated timeframes, but due to the nature of small-batch production, these times may be extended.  Please understand and prepare for these types of delays.  Order fulfillment timelines may change over the course of a year, so please check the shop page for any fulfillment updates.      

Shipping Address: 

It is the duty of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order.  We cannot guarantee an address change unless it is completed within 24 hours after placing the order.  You, the buyer, are responsible for additional charges and costs associated with shipping fees incurred due to lost packages.

The YMC merchandise shop is run by two dedicated volunteer members.  We are committed to bringing you excellent customer service and thoroughly prepared orders.  Please bear with us as we navigate shipping and handling the shop!

Delivery Delays:

Delays from couriers can occur, and you may experience delays in receiving your order.  Delays associated with couriers are beyond our control.  If you encounter any delays, please reach out to us at shop@youngmineralcollectors.org.  

Shipping Days:

We will ship most weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays if needed.  If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned timeframe, please contact us, and we will check on the status of your order.  

Additional Charges:

The buyer is responsible for additional charges that are out of our control, such as VAT, duty, taxes, tariffs, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or similar fees associated with your purchase.
