RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

Due to the limited stock and demand for our products, all sales of YMC merchandise are final.  

Items cannot be modified or canceled after an order has been placed.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.  We can adjust the shipping address as long as we are notified within 24 hours of an order being placed.  The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs associated with invalid address returns.    

 

To ensure you are content with your selections, we highly recommend that you read all the product descriptions and item details carefully before placing an order with us.  We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for merchandise ordered in the incorrect size or style.   

 

If you think the order you received is incorrect in any way, or if you received damaged products, please contact us at shop@youngmineralcollectors.org along with your order number, a photo showing the order issue, and a description of the issue.  Please email us within 24 hours for all damage product claims. Damaged item claims must have photo evidence provided for us to accept the claim. Once we receive your request, we will quickly work with you to find a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.  All incorrect order claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order to ensure your eligibility for a return or replacement.
